Associate Trust & Estate Administrator
Nikki Bills is an Associate Trust & Estate Administrator at Momentous Trust Company. She supports the administration of trust and estate accounts and assists the trust officers in coordinating the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm.
Nikki previously worked for nearly four years with Nord Professional Services LLC prior to its acquisition by Momentous Trust. In her role, she maintains internal client records, manages asset and liability inventories, and coordinates information with attorneys, real estate professionals, and investment advisors. She helps ensure timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and the smooth administration of client matters. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping and responsive client support.
She has served in volunteer leadership roles including board member of a local MOMS Club chapter, PTA president, and volunteer at a local food bank.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media and Culture from Washington State University.
