Momentous Trust Company is a Washington state-chartered trust company regulated by the Washington Department of Financial Institutions, Division of Banks. The Company provides fiduciary services in accordance with applicable provisions of Washington law and relevant federal regulations.

In accordance with federal anti–money laundering regulations, Momentous Trust Company maintains a Customer Identification Program (CIP). As part of this program, the Company is required to obtain, verify, and record certain information that identifies each customer. Personal information may therefore be collected from prospective and existing clients through our website, informational materials, and account opening documentation in order to verify identity and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
