Estate Settlement


Our team provides full estate settlement and administration support—helping families and executors manage assets, pay expenses, and distribute inheritances in accordance with the decedent’s wishes. We work closely with attorneys, accountants, and family members to help promote a smooth, respectful, and efficient process. 

Our estate settlement and administration services include:

  • Gathering, securing, and valuing estate assets

  • Managing financial accounts, real property, and business interests

  • Coordinating with investment advisors to manage, transition, or liquidate investment assets, if applicable

  • Reviewing and interpreting the will and related estate planning documents

  • Paying debts, expenses, and taxes (federal and state estate taxes, if applicable)

  • Coordinating with attorneys on probate filings and court requirements

  • Preparing detailed accountings for beneficiaries and advisors

  • Communicating with beneficiaries and responding to inquiries

  • Distributing assets in accordance with the will or applicable law

  • Managing ongoing trusts created under a will (testamentary trusts)

  • Working with CPAs on final income tax returns and estate tax returns
