Katie Chidester is a Trust & Estate Administrator at Momentous Trust Company. She supports the administration of trust and estate accounts and assists the trust officers in coordinating the day-to-day administrative and financial functions of the firm.
Katie brings more than 16 years of experience in office management and trust and estate accounting. She previously worked with Nord Professional Services LLC prior to its acquisition by Momentous Trust. During her time with the firm, she held roles including Administrative Finance Assistant and later Director of Finance. In her role, she supports trust and estate account administration by assisting with financial recordkeeping, coordinating trust and estate accounting matters, and helping maintain the internal financial processes that support client account administration. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and reliability in managing complex administrative and financial responsibilities.
